Terms and Conditions
These terms apply when you join the Omni waitlist or use Omni on WhatsApp. By doing either, you agree to them. Please read sections 5 and 6 closely: they explain that you approve and pay for every booking yourself, and what happens when a seller's rules apply.
1. About Omni
Omni is a verified network that lets AI agents get things done with real businesses. "Omni", "we" and "us" mean the Omni team that runs this website and the Omni WhatsApp number, +1 208-445-8892. "You" means the person using them.
2. Who can use Omni
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract under Indian law. Omni is built for people in India.
3. Early access and the waitlist
- Omni is in early access. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access by a certain date.
- Rail Buddy, for Indian Railways tickets, is live with early users. Services described as ready or next, such as storefronts and loans, may change, arrive later or not at all.
- The phone screens on our website are illustrations with sample data, not records of real bookings.
- Omni does not charge you during early access. If that changes, we will tell you the price before you are asked to pay it.
4. What Omni does for you
You tell your agent what you need. Omni finds a business that can do it, gets a quote, asks for your approval, places the booking with the business and tracks it until it is done. Omni acts on your instructions. The business that sells you the ticket or service is the seller, not Omni.
5. Your approval and payment
- Nothing is booked or paid without your yes. Before you approve, Omni shows you the details and the full amount, including the seller's fees.
- Check the names, dates, class and amount before you approve. Once you approve and pay, the booking follows the seller's rules.
- You pay the seller yourself, by scanning a UPI QR code in your own payment app. Omni never pays on your behalf and never asks for your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank password.
- If a payment goes through but the seller does not confirm the booking, refunds follow the seller's and your bank's process. Omni will tell you what it can see and help you follow up.
6. Sellers and their rules
Sellers such as IRCTC, redBus and ConfirmTkt set their own fares, fees, quotas, availability, cancellation and refund rules. Those rules apply to your booking, and their terms apply between you and them. A waitlisted or RAC ticket may not be confirmed. Omni cannot change a seller's decision. A seller may refuse or cancel a booking for its own reasons.
Omni cancels an issued ticket only after showing you the refund the seller will give and receiving your clear confirmation. Looking at a ticket never cancels it.
7. AI and human experts
Omni uses AI models to understand your messages and run tasks. AI can make mistakes, which is why Omni asks for your approval before anything is booked or paid. When an agent gets stuck, a human expert on the Omni team may step in to finish the task. Omni does not give medical, legal, financial or investment advice.
8. Your information and logins
- Give accurate details. Bookings made with wrong details may be refused by the seller or at the station.
- If you save a railway (IRCTC) login, you allow Omni to use it on IRCTC's own website for the bookings you ask for. You can delete it at any time by sending delete.
- When a booking needs a one-time password, send it only to Omni and only when Omni asks for it during that booking.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
9. WhatsApp messages
When you join the waitlist, you agree to get WhatsApp messages from Omni about your waitlist place, early access and product updates. Reply stop at any time to stop them. Your use of WhatsApp also follows WhatsApp's own terms.
10. Fair use
Do not use Omni to break the law, book for resale or touting, get around a seller's limits, send someone else's details without their permission, overload or probe our systems, or harass the people and businesses on the network. We may refuse a request that breaks these rules.
11. Businesses
Businesses that join the network get an Omni storefront under a separate agreement. Naming a business on our website means it is a design partner on a letter of intent, sandbox or pilot. It does not mean every listed business already takes bookings through Omni.
12. Names and content
The Omni name, logo, website and software belong to Omni. Partner names and logos belong to their owners and appear with their permission. You keep the rights to what you send us, and you allow us to use it to provide Omni to you.
13. Limits of our responsibility
We work to keep Omni accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, during early access, and cannot promise it will always work, find a seat or reach a business. To the extent the law allows, Omni is not responsible for a seller's acts, prices, delays, cancellations or refunds, or for losses that follow from details you approved. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Omni in the 12 months before the claim, which during early access is zero. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited.
14. Ending or pausing
You can stop using Omni at any time, and send delete to erase your data. We may pause or end your access if you break these terms or if we need to protect people or the service. We may also change or stop parts of Omni during early access. If we do, we will try to tell you first.
15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please message us first so we can try to resolve any problem. If we cannot, the courts of India have jurisdiction.
16. Changes and contact
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. If a change matters to you, we will tell you on WhatsApp before it applies. For any question, message Omni on WhatsApp at +1 208-445-8892.
